To use these you simply slide your pet's favorite collar through the opening at the end (buckle first), scrunch until the collar is all the way in. Spread the bandanna part flat in the front and scrunch it around the back. Attach leash by spreading the ends apart. Made with your choice of cotton fabric.

12"-18" fits up to 3/4" buckle
19"-26" fits up to 1" buckle
