RETURN POLICY. We will only accept a return if the product you receive is defective. If you receive a defective product, please return it to us within 10 days of receipt. If we deem it defective, we will provide you with an exact replacement . There will be no refunds under any circumstances. If the product is defective, we will not charge you for shipping a replacement. We will exchange for another size provided the Puppy Purse is in new and unused condition. There is a fee of $10.00 for an exchange as well as $4.90 to reship your item. If the size that you need goes up to a Large or Extra Large there is an additional $8.00 charge for the difference in cost. Please make sure to measure your pet accurately using our Size Chart before ordering to avoid these extra charges.
