Return Policy
*If packages are returned to our store by the postal delivery service due to
a customer's error in the shipping address, there is a $3.85 re-mailing
fee.
*There is a $5.00 restocking fee for cancelled retail orders.
*There is a 15% restocking fee for cancelled wholesale orders.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Items may be exchanged
within 30 days if they arrive damaged or
if they are incorrectly sent. There
must be no visible signs of wear. We are not responsible for wear and
tear, misuse of the product, or improper care. Most of our items are made of
cotton. They will wear out with wear and washing. If you measured correctly your item
should fit.
(Custom
jobs that do not fit due to customer error are excluded, see below) These items will be shipped back to Pet Collars And
More at the cost of the buyer, then the shipping cost will be returned to
the buyer when the package arrives. A postal receipt must be included with the
returned products, in order for the shipping costs to be refunded. A
credit will be given to the credit card used when the order was placed within 3 business days of receipt of
package. Replacement of damaged items will be sent free of further
shipping charges.
Returns/Exchanges: Items may be exchanged within
30 days. Items are shipped
back to Pet Collars And More at the cost of the buyer. Items must be
returned in the new condition that they were shipped in.
Worn items that cannot
be resold are not available for exchange. Shipping costs
are not refundable. If there is a difference in price between the item
originally purchased and the item/items being exchanged for, your credit card
will be charged accordingly. Exchanges will be charged a reshipping fee of $3.85
unless the item was exchanged due to an error on the part of Pet Collars And
More (see above)
Returns/Exchanges of custom made
items :
Pet Collars And More cannot be responsible for incorrect measurements taken
by the customer. However we know that pets are squirmy and hard to measure, so
we have made allowances for that with this return policy. Custom jobs may be
returned for alteration at the customer's expense. The charge for alterations is
$5.00. There will be a reshipping fee of $3.85. In the case
that a custom item cannot be altered and reshipped, there will be a $10.00
fee to make a new one. Shipping costs
are not refundable. In the case that an error in production has been made
that is the fault of Pet Collars And More, you may return the item for
alteration or replacement and the above Damaged/Incorrect Items return
policy will apply.
Personalized items, scarves, and
other custom made items cannot be returned unless the item is damaged upon
receipt. See
damaged items policy above.
